Cherokee Metals, LLC, is now open for business in its location at 3875 Chuckey Highway, just off U.S. 11E near Chuckey Elementary School.

The business is co-owned by Rick Wisecarver and John Zook, who also owns Cherokee Storage Buildings.

"I've been in the business for many years," Wisecarver said.

"We're offering metal roofing and siding," he added. "It's all quality metal roofing and siding. We sell both contractor wholesale and retail to the public."

Cherokee Metals also offers a 40-year warranty.

The selection includes 22 colors, all of which are Energy Star-rated.

Only the top-quality metal that is offered on the market makes it through the selection process, according to a recent news release.

The metal is painted using the AKZO NOBEL paint system, which is named as one of the top-rated in the industry.

Delivery is available.

There is also a 48-hour turnaround on orders, Wisecarver said.

Competitive pricing and free estimates are available during business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

"Not only are we competitively priced, but service is our main objective to the customer," Wisecarver said.
