The DeBusk Volunteer Fire Department responds to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on the Asheville Highway shortly after 4 p.m., Saturday. Also on scene were the Greene County Sheriff's Department and the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Greene County-Greeneville Emergency Medical Services aided in the response as well, transporting one victim to a local hospital, while the other was flown to the Johnson City Medical Center by Wings Air Rescue, according to Fire Chief Brandon Smith. Two victims were ejected, according to an email from Smith. No additional details were available before presstime this morning.
