The 18th Annual Greene County Antique Farm & Auto Show, featuring Allis-Chalmers tractors and farm equipment, will be held this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Greene County Fairgrounds.
The event will feature a variety of antique tractors and cars, plus activities, including a tractor pull, a quilt and craft show, entertainment, and a Sunday morning church service.
On Friday, the gates will be open from noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday, gates open at 8 a.m. and remain open until 6 p.m.
Saturday's events will feature a children's pedal-tractor pull and race at 2 p.m., a tractor parade at 3 p.m., and a tractor pull at 4 p.m.
On Sunday, activities will begin at 11 a.m. with a church service. A tractor parade will be held at 3 p.m., and events will conclude at 4 p.m.
Several forms of entertainment will be taking place as well, including singing and clogging.
Historic farming demonstrations will also be presented, including cornmeal-grinding, threshing and straw-baling.
The event is free, but donations will be accepted at the gate.
After the event's expenses are paid, the remaining donations will be given to several charitable organizations.
Some of those organizations will include the Shriners Hospital for Children, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House in Johnson City and other area charities.
