The Tourism Department of the Greene County Partnership has announced the times for the Antique Appraisal Fair & Show Preview Party.
From 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, the Tourism Department will host the second annual Preview Party at Greeneville High School, a news release says.
For a cost of $10 per person, the release continues, all who attend will be able to shop the antique dealers early, meet and greet with some of the appraisers, and enjoy light refreshments.
The Antique Appraisal Fair & Show will be Saturday, Feb. 15, at Greeneville High School, located at 210 Tusculum Blvd., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will feature certified appraisers that will assess the value of antique treasures brought in by the public.
Admission on Saturday is free. A fee of $5 will be charged per piece to be appraised, a news release says.
Live entertainment for Friday's Preview Party will be provided by Tyler and Sammy Warren.
"Tyler Warren and Sammy Warren love to perform many musical genres -- from gospel/bluegrass and contemporary Christian to classic country and rock favorites," the release says.
"The Warren cousins are both members of the Sunday morning worship band at Greeneville's Freedom Fellowship Church, located at 3144 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy."
The Warrens have performed together at several community events during the past year, including Mosheim Fun Days, Meadow Creak Community Day, Dogwood Park and the South Greene Band Bazaar.
At some of those events, the Warrens have joined forces with another musical family, Dr. Tim Fuller and daughter, Emily, to form the group "Warren & Fuller," the release says.
Tickets are on sale now at the Greene County Partnership at 115 Academy St., and at Richland Creek Gifts located at 129 N. Main St.
