A call center operated by U.S. Solutions Group Inc. will open in Bristol, Tenn., and create 548 jobs, it was announced on Thursday.
The call center will represent an investment of $4.1 million, according to a news release from the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TDECD).
The new facility will be located at 2536 West State St. in Bristol, Tenn.

"I want to welcome U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. to Tennessee and the hundreds of jobs they will create for Tennesseans," Gov. Bill Haslam said in the release.
"U.S. Solutions Group's decision to locate in Sullivan County is great for the region, and we appreciate their investment in our state and in our state's business-friendly climate," the governor added.
"I'm very proud to see Tennessee's pro-business climate reap benefits for Bristol and the State of Tennessee," said Lt Gov. Ron Ramsey, a resident of Blountville.
"U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. is an outstanding company that has clearly recognized the promise of the Tennessee worker.
"I congratulate them on their decision to base their operations in Bristol and contribute to the continuing expansion of Northeast Tennessee job opportunities," Ramsey said.
In operation since 2001, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. was established in response to the demand of America's leading corporations for high quality, customized outsource services, the news release said.
The company provides custom, complex integrated call center-based solutions for its clients.
Services include inbound toll-free customer care, billing support, national hotlines, web inquiry support, technical support and professional contact management services.
All service solutions are provided on a complete turn-key outsource basis using the company's state-of-the-art facilities, personnel and client-interfacing technology platforms.
In April 2010, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. was acquired by Teleperformance, the No. 1 global contact center provider, with 249 facilities in 49 countries. Teleperformance has been providing Worldwide Customer Experiences since 1978.
