At the Thursday meeting of the Greeneville City Board of Education, board members will consider approving bus purchases and a bid for installation of recently-approved carpet purchases for several facilities.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Kathryn W. Leonard Administrative Office on West Depot St.
Other items on the board's agenda include:
* consideration of an automated system for student registration,
* a volume-pricing agreement for Microsoft software,
* first reading of a board policy revision recommended by the Tennessee School Boards Association,
* and consideration of February financial statements.
The board will also hear a report on the 2013-14 budget development process, make several special presentations, and recognize achievements within the system.
