A Marshall, N.C., man was charged early today with two counts of reckless endangerment for allegedly placing an infant and a small child in danger, Greeneville police Lt. Tim Hartman said in a report.
Justin Keith Anderson, 20, was driving a 1994 Jeep Cherokee and doing "donuts" in the mud in a lot adjacent to the Greeneville Walmart, "and continued onto Walmart's lot," the report said.
Anderson "had his entire family with him," including a 4-month-old baby and a 2-year-old child, the report said.
Anderson drove "in a reckless manner" and placed his children "in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death," the report said.
He was scheduled to appear today in General Sessions Court.
