Two arrests by the Greene County Sheriff's Department followed a traffic stop for speeding on Thursday along Jones Bridge Road and the 107 Cutoff.
Deputy Jimmy Willett said in his report that he stopped a silver Acura and found Michael Chad Kesterson, 36, of 55 Birdwell Circle, to be the driver.
Kesterson had a suspended license for failure to satisfy four citations and was also found to be in possession of a glass water bong, a case with two glass pipes, a bernzomatic torch and a case with scales and baggies, according to Willett's report.
Kesterson was charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance.
Bond was set at $1,500.
Kesterson's passenger, Michael Wayne Dockery, 43, of Raymond Road, had two outstanding warrants and was found to be in possession of a pill bottle prescribed to a female that contained lorazepam and hydrocodone, according to the report.
Bond was set at $2,000.
