A Greene County woman entered a plea Monday in Hawkins County Criminal Court to a charge of vehicular homicide in connection with a 2010 crash that killed a man, The Rogersville Review reported.
Mandy Michelle Phommachanh, 35, of 103 East Broyles Road, entered the plea in connection with the Nov. 6, 2010, death of 33-year-old Midway man Kenneth Bussler in a single-vehicle wreck on Beech Creek Road in Hawkins County.
Third Judicial District Criminal Court Judge John F. Dugger Jr. sentenced Phommachanh to eight years in prison, with a 30 percent release eligibility.
