She was also awarded the Bobbie Kabool Interview Award, for having the highest score in interview during pageant competition.

She is also the marketing coordinator at Rodefer Moss and Company, accounting firm, in Greeneville.

Along with her job at Rodefer Moss and her dance studio, crouch is the coach of Greeneville Middle School's dance and cheer teams.

In a press release, Crouch stated: "Being Miss Johnson City is an honor, and I am very excited to represent the Johnson City and East Tennessee area as I make my way to Miss Tennessee.

"I hope to be a great role model to the young people in East Tennessee, and plan on making my community of Greeneville and Greene County very proud."

Crouch will compete in the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant in June 2013 in Jackson. The Miss Tennessee Pageant is a state preliminary for the Miss America Scholarship Pageant.
