The Greeneville Regional Planning Commission, meeting as the Greeneville Health and Sanitation Board, will hold a special called meeting in the G. Thomas Love Boardroom at the Greeneville Light & Power System at 10 a.m. on Nov. 29.
The board will consider an appeal from Parton's Electric, Heating, & Air Conditioning. The business is appealing a citation for violation of Section 2 of the town's property maintenance ordinance, 8-507.
Section 2 of that ordinance deals with accumulation of personal property.
The property at issue, according to a Town of Greeneville spokesman, is inoperative heating and cooling equipment behind the business's building on College Street.
