A pedestrian struck by a vehicle at 6:20 a.m. Thursday in the 6900 block of Warrensburg Road suffered multiple injuries and was flown by Wings Air Rescue to Johnson City Medical Center, Greene County-Greeneville Emergency Medical Services Director Robert Sayne said.
The name of the male victim was not available this morning.
He suffered a head injury and a fractured left leg and hip, Sayne said.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
