Charges of reckless driving and driving on a suspended license were placed against Greeneville woman on Wednesday following an incident observed by Greeneville police.
Officer Jeff Craft said in the report that he witnessed a red Ford Mustang driven by Tracie N. Dunbar, 37, of 211 N. Nelson St., driving in a reckless manner at the intersection of Towne Crossing access and E. Church St.
Dunbar "turned left onto E. Church St. at a high rate of speed as a passenger was getting inside the vehicle with the door open" resulting in Dunbar "almost slinging her out," Craft said.
The officer pulled Dunbar over at Locust Street.
Bond was set at $1,000.
