Spring's Bursting Out,
But Will It Be A Bust?

Today is the first official day of spring. These colorful pansies add a springlike touch, brightening an area off the Asheville Highway in front of the Capital Bank branch at West Greene Shopping Center. The problem is that nobody seems to have told Old Man Winter. Tonight’s forecast calls for a 30 percent chance of snow and a low of 22 degrees. The high temperature on Thursday is expected to be only 36 degrees.
