Hope Pauline Howlett, 33, of 203 Isley Lane, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence-second offense, driving on a revoked license-second offense and violation of the implied consent law, sheriff's Deputy Toby Price said in a report.
Deputies responded to the 7800 block of Warrensburg Road on a report of a woman "beating on the door of a house," the report said.
They found a 2011 Pontiac Grand Am registered to Howlett "wrecked in a ditch across from the house," the report said.
Howlett had a strong odor of alcohol and was unsteady on her feet, the report said.
Howlett told deputies she was driving to her boyfriend's house when she ran off the road "and admitted to drinking alcohol and taking her medication," the report said.
Medication included Suboxone and Klonopin.
Howlett did poorly on field sobriety tests and "refused to take any tests to determine her blood alcohol content," the report said.
A records check showed Howlett was charged with DUI in May 2010 in Greene County, and that she had one prior driving-on-a-revoked-license charge.
Howlett was held on no bond pending a first scheduled General Sessions Court appearance today.
