A Marshall, N.C., woman involved in a fatal truck-motorcycle accident has been charged with driving on a revoked license-second offense, and violation of the financial responsibility law.
Wendy Gulley, 37, was arrested Wednesday by Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Randy Christy.
More charges may also be on the way in the aftermath of the May 1 crash.
A report on file at the Greene County Sheriff's Department says that additional charges are pending results of alcohol and toxicology level tests.
Gulley was the driver of a pickup truck that struck a motorcycle operated by Carson D. Horton, 60, of College Hills Drive.
Horton, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to Laughlin Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The wreck occurred in the 700 block of the Erwin Highway (Tenn. Rt. 107), near the intersection of the highway and Harlan Street.
After the arrest, Gulley was transported to the Greene County Detention Center, where she was jailed on $2,000 bond.
