Bands, Family Activities Are Set
For Tusculum View Event

JB and the Honeybeans will perform at Dogwood Park on Saturday (10/6/12). GREENEVILLE, Tenn. -- The "Fall Festival Music in the Park" this Saturday will feature four bands. The event will raise funds for projects of Greeneville Schools in Action (GSIA) at Tusculum View Elementary School.

The festival will be held on the school campus, 1725 LaFayette Street, and the adjacent Dogwood Park and Amphitheater on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2-6 p.m.

Entertainers will include JB and the Honeybeans, the Threetles, Dynamic Duo: Bowman and Orr, the Fiddlin’ Carson Peters Band and the Tusculum View Chorus.

There will be food, games, a show and tell gallery, pumpkin decorating, face painting, a bake sale and a silent auction. Admission is $10 for adults and free for children.

"It will be a fun, exciting day," said Parke Brummit, a member of the planning committee.
