GREENEVILLE, Tenn. -- More than 475 children and their parents participated in the Greeneville Parks & Recreation Department's Youth Halloween Party on Thursday night, Oct. 25, 2012, said Lisa Fisher, special events coordinator.

Held at the EastView Recreation Center, the event was highlighted by a "Haunted Maze" that saw “a steady flow of goblins and ghouls waiting for their turn to go through,” Fisher said.

Attendees were treated to a dance party with Deejay Robbie Britton, a costume contest and free snacks.

The free event is held each year a few days before Halloween and is open to children under the age of 13.
