‘Nick Fillers and The Fugitives’
Will Headline Dogwood Park Concert

The Dogwood Park Summer Concert Series will go country on Aug. 18. Nick Fillers and The Fugitives will be featured act. The Step Cousins and Warren & Fuller will also perform.

This will be The Fugitives' fifth consecutive year of performing at the concert series, presented by the Greeneville Parks and Recreation Department.

The musical event will begin at 5 p.m. at the Ginny Kidwell Amphitheater at Dogwood Park, located at 1725 Lafayette St., behind Tusculum View Elementary School in Greeneville.

There is no admission charge, but donations will be accepted to aid in expenses for the concert series.

In a news release, event organizer John Brown lauded the talents of the headlining act.

“Nick brings a fresh take on today’s modern country, and his band is better than ever to back him up."

In addition to serving as front man for The Fugitives, Fillers is the host of the weekly online radio show, “Smokin’ Country,” on ThisIsGreenevile.com.

The Step Cousins will serve up a variety of original, popular and classic tunes. The band consists of Jacob Lewis, Chris Johnson, Tad Norton and Grady Tester.

Warren & Fuller will mix of country, bluegrass and gospel classics. Members of the group are Emily Fuller, Tim Fuller, Sammy Warren and Tyler Warren.
