As a young student, De Sola danced under Kingsport Ballet’s artistic director, Valeria Sinyavskaya, in at Southern Ballet’s production of “The Sleeping Beauty.”

“I remember Sasha as one of my little waltz girls in ‘The Sleeping Beauty,’” Sinyavskaya said. “At this young age she had beautiful artistry and outstanding facility for classical ballet.”

Daniel Deivison-Oliveira is also a soloist with SFB. He joined the company in 2005 and is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

De Sola and Deivison-Oliveira will be joined in the production by the Kingsport Ballet company members and students.
