From The Greeneville Neighbor News

The Northeast Tennessee Volkswagen Association has announced details for “Buggin’ for a Cure,” an all-Volkswagen show and swap meet, set for the Greene County Fairgrounds on Sept. 7-8.

The event will be held Saturday, 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., and Sunday, 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Several awards will be given on Sunday afternoon.

Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Organizers expect more than 60 vendors, including 10 food vendors.

The new Kids Corner will feature inflatables, face painting, games and crafts.

The “Crank It Up” stereo competition will be at 1:45 p.m. Saturday, with a “cruise out” at 4 p.m.
