The North Greene High School volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over Cherokee Monday night in non-region action.
The final game scores were 22-25, 25-15, 25-16 and 25-11.
The Lady Huskies were led by Dee Bailey with 12 kills. Laiken Morrow added nine kills and Katelyn Weems four.
North Greene travels to Hancock County tonight with a chance to clinch the Region 1-A regular season championship.
The Lady Huskies will return home Thursday as they celebrate senior night against West Greene.
