The Chuckey-Doak girls' soccer team went on the road and brought home a 4-1 win over Crockett Thursday evening.
The Lady Black Knights are now 7-2 overall on the season, and will travel to Greeneville Tuesday afternoon for a District 2-AA match-up.
Chuckey-Doak opened the scoring in the 21st minute when sophomore Alicia Phillips gather the ball just inside the 18-yard line and lofted a shot into the corner of the net.
Nine minutes later, Chuckey-Doak struck again as Hannah Riddle scored off a pass from Alicia Gill.
The Lady Black Knights needed just two minutes into the second half to score again, this time on an assist from Phillips to Elizabeth Jimenez.
Crockett got its lone goal in the 60th minute off the foot of Kaetlan Shelton.
Chuckey-Doak capped the scoring in the 65th minute when Riddle connected from 20-yards out for her second goal of the night. Riddle now has 23 goals on the season.
The Lady Black Knights were led on defense by the 14-save effort of senior keeper Ashley Anderson.
