Engagement Announcement

Fill out this form to submit your engagement story information to Velma Southerland, Living editor of The Greeneville Sun. We prefer the picture is of the couple, that they both be sitting or standing rather than one sitting and one standing. The form should be submitted at least a few days before desired publication date (and MUST reach the newspaper office at least one calendar week for a complete engagement announcement and picture to be published). There is no cost for this service. If you are from out-of-town, please include your Greeneville connection. Concerning photos: If possible, please attach a 5"x7", 3"x4" or similar sized photograph (color is okay) of the couple. The file must be in JPG format and under 3mb - please make sure the digital picture is large enough to be printed. Ideally, your photo will be between 1mb and 3mb. Contact GreenevilleSun.com webmaster Bill Rambo at (423) 359-3143 if you need assistance with your photo. We prefer a bust-length or waist-length picture since the couple show up clearly.
