Bridge Burners Work Underway

A much-anticipated safety project is happening now at Bridge Burners Boulevard and U.S. 11E. Contractor Summers-Taylor Inc. is about to begin work on new acceleration and deceleration lanes along U.S. 11E, Tennessee Department of Transportation spokesman Mark Nagi said. The project is scheduled to be complete by July 31, and motorists are urged to use caution in the area.
