James Ray Boles

James Ray Boles, four-day-old son of James Patrick and Effie Mae Boles of Snapps Ferry Road, Afton, died Saturday morning at Johnson City Medical Center.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandparents: Sammy and Henrietta Boles of Greeneville and Kenneth and Charlotte Fletcher of Afton; his great-grandparents: Earl W. and Norma Jean Fletcher of Limestone and Nellie Gladys Wallace of Goldsboro, N.C.; special aunts and uncles: Andrew Boles, Tony and Kathy Boles, Thomas Fletcher, Tabitha Fletcher, Angela Sellers, Kenneth Dale Fletcher, and Jessica Fletcher, all of Greeneville, and Norma Jean Fletcher of California; special cousins: Lee Boles, Chris Boles, and Alisha Sellers; several great-aunts and great-uncles, including a special great-aunt and great-uncle: Janice and Danny Garland of Knoxville.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at Kiser Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the funeral home chapel with interment in GraceLand Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Jay Hugh Jennings will officiate.
