A memorial service for Ralph David "Big Dave" Flatt, 53, of Cookeville, was held at 11 o'clock Wednesday, May 7, at Brotherton Community Center. Pastor Judy Harville officiated.

Mr. Flatt died Saturday, May 3, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He is survived in Greeneville by a daughter: Rebecca Moore; three grandchildren: Mariah Moore, Richard Moore, and Michael Moore; a brother-in-law: Larry Hartshock; and a number of friends.
