Cody Harrison

James Cody Harrison, 62, of Mason Street, Greeneville, died unexpectedly Saturday at his home.

He was retired from SoPakCo Inc.

Mr. Harrison was a member of the Moose Lodge No. 692 and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Andrew Johnson Post No. 1990.

He is survived by a son: William Barkly "Bart" Harrison of Atlanta, Ga.; a sister: Frances Ellison of Greeneville; a nephew and his wife: Robert Franklin "Bobby" Morrow Jr. and his wife, Misty, of Cleveland; two nieces: Stephanie Bradley and Traci Ellison, both of Greeneville; several great nieces and great-nephews; two special aunts: Lucille Harrison and Sue Hensley, both of Greeneville; a special cousin: Patsy Ricker of Greeneville; a former brother-in-law and his wife: Jim and Veronica Ellison of Greeneville; his special friends at Kiker's Tobacco Outlet; and a number of other special friends, including: Bobby Rader of White Pine.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James Claiborne and Beatrice Harrison and his sister: Claudia Ann Harrison.

The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow visitation at 7 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Buster Shelton will officiate.
