Boyce Chester Gosnell

Boyce Chester Gosnell, 78, of Justice Lane, Greeneville, died Monday morning at Takoma Regional Hospital.
Mr. Gosnell retired from Clayton Mobile Homes and was a carpenter.
He was a member of St. Joseph Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
Mr. Gosnell was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife: Patricia Gosnell; two sons and one daughter-in-law: Darrell and Tammie Gosnell and Keith Gosnell, all of Greeneville; a daughter and son-in-law: Debbie and the Rev. Randy Matthews of Greeneville; his grandchildren and their spouses: Steven and Brandy Matthews, Jimmy Gosnell, Mandy Campbell, Nikki Grooms, Michelle Gosnell, Marty and Melody Gosnell, Candice Moore, Tonya Haggy, Tanya Summey, Nathan Haggy, and Cody Ramey; several great-grandchildren; two stepdaughters: Sabrina Haggy and Marguita Marshall; a very special sister and brother-in-law: Della and Tom Edens of Marietta, S.C.; a daughter-in-law: Charlotte Gosnell of Morristown; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father: Pritchard Gosnell; his mother and stepfather: Eller (Gunter) and Jack Cantrell; his first wife: Georgia Bullman Gosnell; and three brothers: Arnold Gosnell, Edison Gosnell, and Bobby Cantrell.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home, and from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Madison Funeral Home in Marshall, N.C.
A graveside service will be held at 1 o'clock Thursday afternoon in Bullman-Greene Cemetery in Marshall. The Rev. Roger Ealey and the Rev. Bo Ragan will officiate.
Family and friends will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Madison Funeral Home to travel in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Gosnell, Steven Matthews, Marc Boatwright, Eric Cutshaw, Alan Davis, and Nathan Haggy.
Honorary pallbearers will be C.B. Franklin, Dennis Fox, and Mark Campbell.
