Sandra De Haven, 72, of Plaza Towers, died Friday following a long illness.

A retired X-ray technologist from Takoma Adventist Hospital, Ms. De Haven was a member of the American Radiology Association, a former secretary of the Friends of Davy Crockett's Birthplace and a former board member of the Greeneville-Greene County Humane Society.

Ms. De Haven is survived by two brothers and a sister-in-law: Steve and Pauline De Haven of Clinton and Todd De Haven of Greeneville; three nieces and their husbands: DeAnna and Ron Webber of Clinton, Francesca and Lyle Wraxall and their infant son, Finn, of London, England, and Christy and Dave Armstrong of the Isle of Man.

She is additionally survived, in name only, by a daughter: Kelly Howlett, and three grandsons, in name only: Zachary Radford, Alex Radford and A. Dustin Howlett, all of Limestone; and by four special friends: Sandra Berryhill of Greeneville, Linda Draper, and Linda and Buddy Verice.

At Ms. De Haven's request, a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
