Alice Bernice Cutshaw

Died: July 19, 2012

Alice Bernice Cutshaw, age 60, of the Camp Creek community, went to be with the Lord Thursday.

She is survived by four brothers and two sisters-in-law: Dolphus Cutshaw, William "Tunie" Cutshaw, David and Carol Cutshaw, and Edward "Sandy" and Fawn Cutshaw; two nieces: Melinda Cutshaw and Karen and Tim Blazer; three nephews: Dean Cutshaw, Keith Cutshaw, and Parrish Dixon; six great-nieces and great-nephews: Brett Cutshaw, Jay Cutshaw, Chelsea Cutshaw, Matt Brown, Tim Blazer, and Lilly Blazer; and a very special cousin: Marie Gunter.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Tom and Lilly Cutshaw; two sisters: Wilma and Velma Jean Cutshaw; and two sisters-in-law: Wanda Cutshaw and Carolyn Cutshaw.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. The Rev. Jay Hugh Jennings and the Rev. Dolphus Cutshaw will officiate. Interment will follow in Shelton Mission Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brett Cutshaw, Jay Cutshaw, Dean Cutshaw, Keith Cutshaw, Robert Morgan, and Raven Gentry.

The family extends a special thanks to the nurses and staffs of Laughlin Memorial Hospital and the Johnson City Medical Center.
