Mary Anne Emert

Mary Anne Emert, 56, of Baileyton, passed away Tuesday evening at Holston Valley Regional Medical Center in Kingsport.

She was active with the North Greene High School Band, Central Ballet Theatre, and Theatre-at-Tusculum.

Survivors include her life partner: Steve Emert; four children and their spouses: Stephenie Emert, Teresa and Anthony Caton, LeeAnne Mauck, and Robert and Laurie Emert; her grandchildren: Katherine, Kayla, Patrick, Hallie, Alyssa, Lexie, Mackenzie, Taylor, and Kaydence; her father and mother: Andrew and Mary Beyerlein; three brothers and a sister-in-law: Andrew Beyerlein, Richard Beyerlein, and Ronald and Jeannie Beyerlein; a sister and brother-in-law: Linda and Robert Tolliver; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today at Baileyton United Methodist Church. The Rev. William Rimmer will officiate.
