Tommy Henderson, 62, of Conyers,
Ga., passed away Thursday at Takoma Regional Hospital.
Mr. Henderson
was a quality assurance tech at Griffith Laboratories for almost 20 years.
He was of the Baptist Faith
Survivors include his wife of
26 years: Debbie Reedy Henderson; one daughter and son-in-law: Bambi and Josh Marshall of
Greeneville; two grandchildren: Samantha Marshall and Shaelynn Marshall of Greeneville; two sisters
and one brother-in-law: Cheryl and Dwight Belue of Moore, S.C., and Patty Brown of Union, S.C.; one
brother: Larry Henderson of Union; an uncle and his wife: Bob and Pauline Henderson of Greene
County; his mother-in-law: Mary Sue Reedy; several brothers and sisters-in-law; and several nieces
and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Elbert and
Lillie Mae Hankins Henderson; and his father-in-law: Raymond Reedy, who passed away one week earlier
(Sept. 20).
There will be a gathering of family and friends held from
2-4 p.m. Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers,
memorial contributions may be made to Mary Sue Reedy at any Capital Bank branch.
