Died: Oct. 4, 2012

Jack Gregg, age 58, of Greeneville, died suddenly early Thursday morning at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.

He was employed by Nolichuckey Heat and Air.

Jack was a NASCAR fan and loved sports.

Survivors include his wife: Joyce Gregg; four sisters and two brothers-in-law: Charlotte Cutshaw, Marjorie Shelton, Loraine and Vestal Cutshall, and Patsy and Charlie Ramsey, all of Greene County; and several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew: Jerry McCamey.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Toney J. and Sophina Gregg; five brothers: Fred, J.D., Robert, Roger, and Danny Gregg; and one sister: Helen McCamey.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Doughty-Stevens Chapel. The Rev. Danny Ricker and the Rev. Lynn Neas will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jason Shelton, Tim Ramsey, Jerry McCamey, Jimmy Cox, Anthony Gregg, Stephen Gregg, Matthew McCamey, and Robbie McCamey.

Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Nolichuckey Heat and Air and the Greene County Property Assessor's office.
