Jeff and Donna Foulks, Steve and Kristy Foulks, Logan, and Morgan; his niece and family: Sandy and Rick Malone, Brock, and Tanner; a special friend to Jack and fiancée to James: Angie Buchanan; and his great-nieces: Amanda and Elizabeth.
He was the son of James and Mamie Foulks, who preceded him in death, along with a brother, who died April 26 of this year from lung cancer; and a stillborn daughter, Celena.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Services, downtown.
