E. Bernice Clever, 79, of Sioux Trail, Greeneville, formerly of Greencastle, Pa., passed away Monday at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Clever was a homemaker and the widow of Richard H. Clever Sr.
She attended First Pentecostal Church of God in Mercersburg, Pa.
Survivors include her children and spouses: Linda and Larry Eberly, Darren and Crystal Clever, and Rachel and David Shoemaker, all of Greencastle, Richard H. Jr. and Tina Clever of Marion, Pa., Larry and Patty Clever of Greeneville, and Margery and Randell Barton of Abilene, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one brother and sister-in-law: Eugene and Nancy Barnhart of Chambersburg, Pa.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph Earl and Susan Mills Barnhart and was preceded in death by two sisters: Louise Walter and Helen Turner.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Pastor Bob Brown will officiate.
Family and friends are asked to meet at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home to in procession for the graveside service.
Her grandsons will be pallbearers.
