Died: Oct. 9, 2012

Joyce Marie Jones, 73, of Greeneville, passed away Tuesday at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.

She never met a stranger and everyone she met was a friend. She was patient and always there for everyone. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law: Kimberly and David Padilla; three grandchildren: Amber McIntosh, Kenneth McIntosh, and Courtney McIntosh; her great-granddaughter: Addilyn Grace McIntosh; her great-grandson: Kingston Gage McIntosh; a brother: Jack Fannon; two sisters-in-law: Doris Townsend and Dorothy Cutshaw; her nieces and nephews: Terry and Denise Fannon, Kathy and Fran Moyer, Jeannie and Vincent Tweed, Linda Cutshaw, Bill Cutshaw, Jackson Fannon, and Andrew Tweed; her special friends at Roby Fitzgerald Adult Center and Caris Hospice, and Jerome Long, Johnnie Ward, Terry Moore and Kathy, Grady Kelton, Birdie Harmon, Betty Franklin, and Bobby Babb; best friend: Donna Love; her little dog: Bella.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Claude Jones; her parents: Tom and Mildred Fannon; a sister and brother-in-law: Patsy and David "Buck" Townsend; a sister-in-law: Barbara Fannon; and a brother-in-law: Gene Cutshaw.

The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. Sunday at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Service, downtown.

A celebration of life service will follow at 4 p.m. in the downtown chapel. Chaplain Tim Evans will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jeffers to help defray funeral expenses.
