BULLS GAP -- Thomas J. "Tom" Gulley, age 66, of Mohawk, went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday at his home with his family by his side.
He was employed by BESTurnings for 22 years and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his son: Thomas A. (Jayme) Gulley of Midway; his daughters: Cindy (Tim) Ward of Greeneville and Jennifer Gulley Alvis of Bulls Gap; his grandchildren: Hunter Ward, Blake Alvis, Jacob Alvis, Alyssa Gulley, Ashley Gulley, and Cheyenne Gulley; four sisters: Mabel McDermott of Morristown, Betty Rhea of Bulls Gap, Mary Long of Morristown, and Georgia (Havard) Street of White Pine; five brothers: Robert F. (Kathleen) Gulley, William (Dub) Gulley of Greeneville, Ira Lee Gulley and George (Imogene) Gulley of Bulls Gap, and John (Linda) Gulley of Talbott; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Gulley; his mother, Gertrude Bernard Gulley; and two brothers, Howard and Lynn Gulley.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Bulls Gap Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with interment in Gulley Cemetery. Elder John Arnott will officiate.
Family members will be pallbearers.
