Shelby Jean Couch

Died: Nov. 1, 2012

MORRISTOWN -- Shelby Jean Browning Couch, age 74, of Bulls Gap, went to be with the Lord on Thursday at Laughlin HealthCare Center.

She was a member of Truth Baptist Church.

Mrs. Couch was preceded in death by her children: Kathy Cox and Perry Couch; her parents: Clyde and Dora Browning; two brothers: R.B. and Roy Browning; and two sisters: Doris Bales and Shirley Young.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years: John Couch; two brothers: Bill Browning and Dale (Linda) Browning; three sisters: Wanda (Marlin) Holland, Gaynell (Ross) McGee, and Joyce (J.W.) Swatzell; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Bulls Gap Funeral Home with the Rev. Walter Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Pilot Knob Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
