Byron Dale 'Bee' Weller

Byron Dale "Bee" Weller, age 71, of Walkers Ford Road, Greeneville, passed away Tuesday afternoon at Takoma Regional Hospital.
He was retired from Fulflex and was a farmer.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Bee attended New Ebenezer Presbyterian Church and was a member of the American Legion.
He enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include his devoted and loving wife of 45 years: Sandra K. Payne Weller; two daughters and sons-in-law: Lisa (Covington) and Dr. Kevin Hartman and Susan and Mike Davis; three loving grandchildren: Tori and Brooke Davis, and Lexis Covington; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Harold and Barbara Weller and Rufus and Donna Weller; one sister and brother-in-law: Jessie Ann and Don Adams; two sisters-in-law and brother-in-law: Betty and Bill Humphreys and Peggy Vaughn; several nieces and nephews, including three special nephews and a special niece: Doug Weller, Chris Crum, William Crum, and Carol Thornburg; a special companion: Sam Biscuit "Sammy"; and his special friends: Pete Bowers, John Conley, and his breakfast buddies.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Harvey and Ruby Weller; and a brother: George Weller.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow visitation at 8 o'clock this evening in the Doughty-Stevens Chapel. Pastors Dale Gruver and Ken Verran will officiate.
Military graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens, conducted by the Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard. Those who wish to travel in procession to the cemetery are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m.
Pallbearers will be William Crum, Chris Crum, Robert Brown, Doug Weller, CD Hughes, Bobby Fillers, Ronny Ricker, Foxy Susong, Tim Dixon, and Carol Thornburg.
Honorary pallbearers will be Hart Covington, John Conley, Pete Bowers, friends and coworkers at Fulflex, Vietnam veterans, Bobby Joe Shipley, and friends and family of New Ebenezer Presbyterian Church.
The family expressed their appreciation for all the prayers, phone calls, food, and concerns during their time of bereavement.
