Lillian M. Keasling Shipley, 77, of Glendale Drive, Mosheim, passed away Tuesday at Laughlin Health Care Center.
Mrs. Shipley retired from MECO Corp.
She attended St. Joseph Chapel Free Will Baptist Church as long as her health permitted. She enjoyed attending church even when her health was declining.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who was proud of her family.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years: Clarence Shipley; two daughters and sons-in-law: Debbie and Steve Wilhoit of Mosheim and Edna and Jake Bible of Parrottsville; a son and daughter-in-law: Terry and Jamie Shipley of Morristown; five grandchildren: Melissa Reece and husband, Gary, Stephanie Garmer and husband, David, Billy Shipley and wife, Candi, Jessica Bible, and Kristen Wilhoit; seven great-grandchildren: Calysta, Jazzlyn and Connor Garmer, Daniel and Marissa Tweed, Daniel Coots, and Isaiah Howard; a brother and sister-in-law: David Russell and Louella Keasling; and her special friends: Johnny Myers, Scott Dykes, Bessie Shipley, Louise Monk, and Naomi Renner.
She was the daughter of the late Bill and Stella Keasling.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jackson Chapel FWB Church with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Roger Ealey will officiate.
Family and friends will be pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of East Wing of Laughlin HealthCare Center.
