Charlotte Louise Jones

Died: Nov. 22, 2012

Charlotte Louise Jones, 69, of Greeneville, passed away Thursday at Takoma Regional Hospital.

Survivors include her husband of 36 years: Homer E. Jones; one son and daughter-in-law: Jack and Becky Harris of North Carolina; five grandchildren: Nicholous Harris, Grant Stein, Charlotte Jewel, Tyra Stinebaugh, and Spencer Harris; a son-in-law: Steve Stinebaugh of Oklahoma; a sister: Frances Lewis; three brothers: Lloyd Morris, Fred Morris, and Walter F. Morris; a special niece and caregiver: Judy Womble; her great-nieces and caregivers: Sarah Bradford and Angela Franklin; and several other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter: Tammy Stinebaugh; two brothers: Wills Morris and Berton Morris; a sister: Hilda Knight; and her parents: Walter and Mary Morris

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. today at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service, downtown.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the downtown chapel with interment in Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The Rev. Claude Swatzell will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Chad Franklin, Mark McGee, Robert Swatzell, Timmy Morris, Steven Morris, Jeff Morris, Berton Morris, and Neil Morris.

The family expressed a special thanks to Dr. A.K. Sen and the third floor caregivers at Takoma Regional Hospital.
