Clara Mae Malone

Died: Nov. 29, 2012

Clara Mae Malone, 89, of Holt Court, Greeneville, passed away Thursday morning at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.

She was a former employee of Fairground Laundry.

Mrs. Malone was a longtime member of Lord's Tabernacle Church, where she was also a member of the Ladies' Aide.

She was the daughter of the late Joe and Bessie Moore Reynolds and was preceded in death by her husband: John Robert Malone; a daughter: Bonnie Babb; two grandsons: Randy Babb and Clark Babb; four sisters: Betty Jones, Maude Smith, Pearl Reynolds, and Mona Reynolds; and a brother: Coy Reynolds.

Survivors include four grandsons and two granddaughters-in-law: Nathan and Lisa Babb of Chuckey, and Jeff and Teresa Babb, Mark Babb, and Shane Babb, all of Greeneville; her great grandchildren: Brandon Babb, Jordan Babb, Jaylan Babb, and Kirsten Babb; a great-great granddaughter: Cameron Hadjopoulos; three sisters: Clyde Hensley, Mary Malone, and Ann Crittendon, all of Greeneville; three brothers and one sister-in-law: Raymond and Helen Reynolds, John Reynolds, and Hobert Reynolds, all of Afton; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with interment in Cross Anchor Cemetery. The Rev. Buster Shelton and the Rev. Nathan Reynolds will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Nathan, Mark, Jeff, and Shane Babb, Bobby Jones, and Shane Campbell.

Honorary pallbearers will be the staff and employees of Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville, and John, Raymond and Hobert Reynolds
