Janet Sharon Kozlakowski Stewart, 66, of Greeneville, formerly of Myrtle Beach, S.C., passed away Sunday at her home.

She was of the Lutheran faith.

She was a daughter of the late Florian and Virginia Kozlakowski and the widow of Jerome Stewart.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Jamie V. and Brian Pruchnic, and a granddaughter: Brittany S. Pruchnic, all of Greeneville; a brother: James W. and Theresa Kozlakowski of Sandusky, Mich.; two special friends: Kay Taylor and Donna Lubinski; three nieces; and a special friend: Charles DeFoe and his daughter, Victoria.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. today at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Service, downtown.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren, Mich.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at A.H. Peters Funeral Home with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
