Auna Haney Lowery

Died: Jan. 12, 2013

Auna Haney Lowery, 81, of Majestic Circle, Greeneville, passed away Saturday evening at her home.

Mrs. Lowery retired from Magnavox in 1993.

Survivors include her husband: Lloyd "Zip" Lowery, with whom she celebrated their 60th anniversary on Christmas Day 2012; her daughters and a son-in-law: Audrey Lowery and Gail and Paul Keller Jr.; her grandchildren: Tim Lowery, Shenna Lowery, Lisa Ottinger and husband, Jason, and Paul Keller III; her great-grandchildren: Kaleb Tipton and Alyssa Ottinger; her sisters and brothers-in-law: Ruby and Ben Wilson and Charlsie Neas; a brother: John David Haney; a special great-grandson: Dashawn Lowery; and several nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas Spencer and Bertha Haney and was preceded in death by a son: Gary Lowery; her brothers: Thomas (Junior) Haney and Jack Haney; and her sisters: Emma Dee Neas, Ellouise Seddon, and Mary Ellen Haney.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 8 p.m. in the chapel. The Rev. Lynn Neas will officiate.

Family and friends will meet at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home to go in procession to Cedar Hill Cemetery for a 2 p.m. committal service.

Pallbearers will be Carroll Shepard, Michael Haney, Larry Neas, Jason Ottinger, Paul Keller III, and Zak Neas.
