Mary H. Guinn, 79, of Lakeshore Park, Greeneville, passed away Saturday at home, where she lived with her grandson and granddaughter, Christopher and Tracy Belt.
Mrs. Guinn was a retired grill cook and factory worker.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Donna and Danny Belt of Greeneville; five sons and daughters-in-law: Kenneth and Debbie Guinn, Matthew and Sharon Guinn, and Timothy and Jade Guinn, all of Greeneville, Jeffery and Wanda Kerney of Sneedville, and James and Debbie Guinn of Maryland; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law: Juanita Johnson of Virginia; an aunt: Bertha Hicks of Greene County; and a former daughter-in-law: Irene Guinn.
She was the daughter of the late Robert and Nannie Elizabeth Kerney and was preceded in death by two husbands: Troy Guinn and Eugene Guinn; one son: Danny Guinn; a daughter: Kathy Foster; three brothers: Verlin "Bud" Kerney, George Kerney and Charles Kerney; and two sisters: Cozetta Hughes and Pauline Kerney.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today and Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Providence Cumberland Presbyterian Church with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Ken Thacker and Chaplain David Snyder will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Belt, Jessie Guinn, Michael Sailers, Stephen Lawson, Adam Nunnery, Derrick Grant, Daniel Metcalf, and Chris Whitehead.
Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Volies, Brandon Reynolds, and the staff of Amedisys Hospice.
