John Wayne "Cadillac Man" Lane, 46, of Newport, died Feb. 15, at a Newport hospital.

Survivors include his children: Katy Lane and Tommy Lane; a stepdaughter: Tiffany Hall; his mother and stepfather: Helen and Ricky Bowman; stepmother: Georgia R. Lane; sisters: Bonnie Collins, Irene Lane, and Kathy Lane; brothers: Rocky Lane , Allen Lane; Chester Keasling and Carl Keasling and fiancée, Gert; two half-sisters: Georgia Lane, and Mary and Chris Williams; a niece: Vanessia Keasling; an aunt: Dorothy Arwood; and his best friends: Jason Collins, Ken Thacker, and Bobby Foshie.

He was preceded in death by his father: George Lane; a sister: Louise Keasling; grandfather: Vince Arwood; grandmother: Leo Arwood; and special uncle: James Wayne Arwood.

There will be no formal visitation or service.
