Bob Campbell

Died: Feb. 28, 2013

Robert M. "Bob" Campbell, 80, of Limestone, passed away Thursday at his home of Lewy Body Dementia.

Mr. Campbell was a farmer and livestock dealer.

He was a lifelong member of Mount Bethel Christian Church in Limestone, having served at treasurer, elder, and Sunday School teacher.

He was a member of the Limestone Ruritan Club, having served as a past president.

He also coached Little League baseball.

Mr. Campbell was a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife: Shirley Campbell; daughter and son-in-law: Julie and Wayne Dulaney; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Phil and Kathy Campbell and David Campbell; grandchildren and their spouses: Alex and Elizabeth Dulaney, Aimee and Nathan Lowe, Wesley and Kristina Dulaney, Courtnay and Ian Bradburn, Adam Campbell, Lance and Heather Campbell, Brandon Campbell, and Anna Campbell; great-grandchildren: Ashlyn, Brooklyn, Madelyn, and Paysen Dulaney, Kylie, Caleb, and Carson Bradburn, and Cadence Campbell; and brother: Earl Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Fred and Thelma Campbell; sister: Helen Broyles; and nephew: Laird Broyles.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at Mount Bethel Christian Church, with the funeral service following at 3 p.m. Ernie Depew will officiate.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Alex Dulaney, Wesley Dulaney, Adam Campbell, Lance Campbell, Ian Bradburn, and Nathan Lowe.

The family extends a special thanks to Caris Hospice for the wonderful care shown to Bob and the family.
