DELTA, Pa. -- Nicole D. Koerner, age 27 years, of Glen Rock, died Friday at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

She was the wife of Nicholas H. Koerner with whom she had shared eight years of marriage.

Born on March 18, 1985, she was a daughter of Deborah Barger Kirk of Whiteford, Md., and the late Karl D. Kirk Jr.

Devoted to her family, Nicole had chosen to be a full-time homemaker and mother.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by two children: Nathan and Nevan Koerner of the home; a niece: Amber Frost; and her siblings: David M. Frost, Summer D. Carter, and Hunter Carter.

Visitation will be held from 12:30-2 p.m. Saturday at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, followed immediately by the memorial service.

The Rev. James B. Shuler of Pine Grove Presbyterian Church, Airville, will officiate.
