Katherine Geraldine Clark

Died: March 11, 2013

Katherine Geraldine Clark, 90, formerly of the Newport Highway, passed away Monday at Laughlin HealthCare Center.

She was a homemaker and the widow of William "Sixty" Clark.

Mrs. Clark was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

She loved being outside and working in the yard. She had a green thumb when it came to working with flowers and making flower arrangements. She also enjoyed working with crafts and embroidery.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Ronnie and Cecile Clark and Terry and Linda Clark, all of Greeneville; grandsons: Rick Clark of Knoxville, Bill Clark of Mosheim, Brian Clark of Greeneville, and Michael Clark of Lake City; two great-grandsons: Andrew and Jeremy Clark; three great-granddaughters: Brianna, Camille, and Journie Clark; one sister: Beulah Renner of Greeneville; and nieces and nephews: Carolyn Alexander of Johnson City, Buford Neas and Ritchie Renner of Greeneville, and Steve Seay of Knoxville.

She was the daughter of the late Coy and Anna Neas and was preceded in death by a brother: L.V. Neas; one sister: June Seay; three brothers-in-law: James Renner, Dayton Seay, and Frank Clark; and five sisters-in-law: Pearl Randall, Nelle Clark, Pauline Greer, Cleo Neas, and Roxie Humphries.

The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 7 p.m. in the chapel. Pastor Larry Moore will officiate.

A committal service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Rick Clark, Bill Clark, Brian Clark, Steve Seay, Ritchie Renner and Buford Neas.

The family wishes to thank the management and staff of Morning Pointe of Greeneville and of Laughlin HealthCare Center for their care and support during her illness.
